  1. 6 jumbo shrimps, peeled and deveined
  2. 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  3. 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  4. Ground Pepper
  5. 2 ounces of pancetta
  6. A 10-ounce piece of beef tenderloin.
  7. Sea Salt
  8. Asparagus Spears
  9. 1 tablespoon of butter.

How To:

a. Take a bowl and add the shrimps, olive oil, lemon juice, some thyme, and

c. Keep your broiler pre-heated and arrange the shrimp on the foil-lined broiler pan.

2. Engagement Chicken Roast

What You Need:

  1. 4-5 pounds of chicken
  2. Ground black pepper
  3. Kosher salt
  4. 2 lemons
  5. 1 whole garlic

a. Preheat the oven to 425 F

d. Cut the lemons and place 2 quarters in the chicken along with garlic.
e. Brush the outside of chicken with olive oil and sprinkle some salt and pepper.
f. Now take a twine and tie the chicken legs and tuck in the wing tip under the chicken body.
g. Place the chicken in the roasting pan and toss the sliced onions and rest of the lemons.
h. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of pepper.
i. Roast the chicken for about 1 hour and 15 minutes until the juices run clear when you cut between a leg and thigh.
j. Remove the chicken and cover it with an aluminum foil and allow it to rest.
k. For the sauce; leave the onion and lemons in the pan. Add some white wine and stir with a wooden spoon to scrape the brown bits.
l. Now it’s time to add chicken stock and sprinkle the all-purpose flour while constantly stirring the sauce.

3. Chocolate Covered Strawberries

  2. 1 cup almonds
